Program Overview
A super-insulated, passive solar, three bedroom home high on Trow Hill overlooking Central Vermont.

Project Data Cost
$110,000 without land
Gross Area: 1600 sf + 225 sf (garage)
Contractor: Alpha Design & Construction

Design Features
The home uses a massing concept of two recognizable styles... a rather traditional Greek revival w/clapboarding, and a banded graphic wrap-around package including a pop-out round bedroom deck. The two formats are placed as rectangles 20 degrees to one another.
